Returns
30-Day Return Policy – Unused Merchandise Only
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (date of funds being collected). All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached; unused and in the same condition you received it. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded.
Return Process
To start our refund process you can use our contact us (daykeyla@daykeyla.com) page to send an email with the details of your return. Please format your request by labeling the top line of your email body as follows: Refund Request Order #123456789. Please include an explanation for your return, your email address, and tracking information for your returned package. We will respond to your email request within 48 hours. Once a refund package is received we will notify you. We will inspect the item and determine within 48 hours if a refund is approved or denied. Approved returns will result in a processed refund within 7 business days. If you haven’t received an approved refund within the allotted time, please contact your financial institution which may require more time to post transactions to your accounts. Denied returns will be shipped back to the address of the original order.
Shipping
For items being returned or exchanged, shipping costs are your responsibility. Please be sure to obtain tracking information and to include it in your return email using our contact us page or directly to daykeyla@daykeyla.com. Original shipping costs (at the time of purchase) are nonrefundable and will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of you receiving your shipment. Items can be exchanged if the product is damaged. All exchange items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached; unused and in the same condition you received it. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be exchanged.
Exchange Process

Please format your request labeling the top line of your email body as follows: Exchange Request Order #123456789. Please include an explanation for your request, your email address, and tracking information for your returned package. We will respond to your email request within 48 hours. Once your return package is received we will notify you. We will inspect the item within in 48 hours of the reception, and ship the new product within 7 business days. The new item will be shipped to the original order’s shipping address (unless another address is provided). Shipping costs will be charged for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items
Merchandise on sale, and sample items are non-refundable.
Sizing and Color Exchanges
Please use our sizing chart to help you determine the correct item to purchase. If you would like to request an exchange for sizing, please send an email directly to daykeyla@daykeyla.com with the details of your request. Please format your request labeling the subject line of your email as follows: Exchange Request Order #123456789. Please include an explanation for your request, your email address, and pictures of you in the item for fitting reasons. We will respond to your email request within 48 hours. Exchanges are not accepted for color changes.
